The individual has been losing faith in the efficiency of policy, in our case we refer to education and training, hence the alarming school drop-outs, especially in Italy. The result is visible not only in the lack of skilled workforce in the context of EU present needs but also in the high risk of unemployment

Thanks to the transnational cooperation, WATECO builds on complementary knowledge and experience in environment protection, technology used for cleaning industrial waters and also in training systems from Germany and Italy.

With the aim of bringing VET closer to the environment, to its target group, we organised 2 seminars, to disseminate the results of WATECO and make our network grow. The seminars serve also to reinforce the interaction between policy, industry, research and training by bringing together relevant stakeholders.
